Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Take two large cookie sheets and line with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mix and cream together the sugar, peanut butter and vanilla.
In another bowl, whisk together oat flour, roller oats, baking soda and sea salt.
Pour mix from the bowl in Step 2 into the bowl in Step 3 and pour almond milk over mixture and beat together.
Stir in chocolate chips, white chocolate, dates and nuts.
Scoop dough onto the lined pans.
Bake cookies for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown.
