CASHEW BITES

Healthy snacking is possible β€” and these cashew bites recipe is here to prove it.

Most of the ingredients in these cashew bites are filled with nutrients that, at the same time, will satisfy the craving for something sweet.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats

  • 1/3 cup cacao nibs

  • 1 tbsp. honey or maple syrup ( I use maple syrup)

  • 1 tsp. vanilla

  • 1 tsp. cinnamon

  • 1/3 cup shredded coconut

  • 1 cup chopped dates

  • 1 pinch of salt

Directions

  1. After making the cashew pulp, add all the ingredients into the food processor.

  2. For a smoother blending process and extra flavor, add a few drops of coconut water.

  3. Once all the ingredients are completely blended and have created a uniform mix, scoop it into a baking pan.

  4. Using your hands, start patting the mix and molding it into your preferred figure (I go for little squares/rectangles, but you can also make little balls).

  5. Once done molding, it’s time to enjoy these cashew bites!
