Chocolate Bundt Cake

Ingredients:
For the Cake:
- 1 cup butter
- 1/3 cup cacao powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup water
- 2 cups all-purpose flour (organic, unbleached)
- 1 3/4 cups cane sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt (full fat)
- 1 tsp vanilla
For the Chocolate Ganache Glaze:
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 cups dark chocolate chips (I used Hu Gems)
Instructions:
1- Preheat Oven:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
2- Prepare Cake Batter:
In a saucepan, melt the butter over low heat.
Stir in cacao powder, salt, and water. Bring to a boil, then remove from heat.
In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, cane sugar, and baking soda.
Pour the chocolate mixture over the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
