DELICIOUS GINGERBREAD
For many people, the holiday season automatically means healthy diet going off the rails… but, it doesn’t have to be that way.
This gingerbread recipe is a perfect example of how almost every “traditional” recipe can be modified into a healthier one, and without having to compromise the flavor.

Directions
BREAD
Blend all wet ingredients together until smooth.
Mix together all dry ingredients.
Blend the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients and pour into an oiled and floured loaf pan.
Bake at 350 °F for 50-55 min.
When done baking, allow loaf to cool down for about 5 minutes and remove from pan.
FROSTING
Blend all ingredients together until smooth.
Top bread with the frosting after it has cooled.
