GRAINLESS SUPERFOOD GRANOLA

This grainless granola is high in all macros guaranteed to provide all the energy you need to thrive. Plus, it is packed with nutrients and flavor that will keep you coming back for more.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut

  • 2 cups sliced almonds

  • 1 cup raw pecans

  • 1 cup raw walnuts

  • 1/4 cup pepitas

  • 2 tbsp. chia seeds

  • 2 tbsp. ground flax seed

  • 2 tsp. cinnamon

  • 2 tbsp. natural cane sugar or organic brown sugar

  • 1/4 tsp. sea salt

  • 3 tbsp. coconut oil

  • 1/3 cup maple syrup

  • 1/4 cup dried blueberries

Directions

  1. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Spread the mix of ingredients (minus the dried blueberries) on parchment paper.

  3. Bake granola at 325 °F for 20 minutes.

  4. Once baked, add dried blueberries.

  5. Enjoy!
