Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp coconut oil (unrefined)

  • 1 tbsp Hu Gem dark chocolate chips

  • 1 tbsp cacao powder

  • 1 tbsp sucanat (or honey, or maple syrup)

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 scoop bone broth powder (I use Ancient Nutrition vanilla)

  • Pinch of Celtic salt (for added minerals)

  • 1 cup liquid (I prefer coconut milk mixed with 1/2 water)

  • Splash of vanilla extract

Instructions:

  1. In a small saucepan, warm the coconut oil over low heat.

  2. Add the dark chocolate chips and stir until melted.

  3. Whisk in the cacao powder, sucanat, cinnamon, and bone broth powder.

  4. Slowly add the liquid (coconut milk and water) while stirring continuously.

  5. Add a splash of vanilla extract and a pinch of Celtic salt.

  6. Heat until everything is well combined and the mixture is warm.
