MERMAID BOWL

This mermaid bowl is nourishing, fun, and most importantly… kid-approved! This delicious smoothie bowl is very easy to make and perfect for both adults and kids alike. It is packed with vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. Plus, it has anti-inflammatory properties.

Ingredients

  • 1 banana

  • 1 cup passionfruit, pineapple, and mango

  • 1 cup coconut milk

  • 1 scoop protein powder

  • 1 tbsp blue spirulina

  • Suggested Toppings: Coconut flakes, homemade granola, cacao nibs


Directions

  1. Add ingredients into blender. Blend until well-incorporated.

  2. Scoop smoothie into serving bowl. Top with your favorite ingredients.

  3. Enjoy!
