Nutrient-Packed Ezekiel Flour Mix

Instructions:
Combine Grains: In a large bowl, mix together the hard red wheat berries, spelt berries, barley, lentils, millet, great northern beans, and pinto beans.
Rinse and Drain: Rinse the grain mixture under cold water to remove any debris or impurities. Drain thoroughly.
Cooking Options:
Stovetop Method: Place the rinsed grains in a large pot and cover with water, about 2 inches above the grains. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to a simmer. Cook for about 45-60 minutes or until the grains are tender, stirring occasionally and adding more water if needed.
Instant Pot Method: Add the rinsed grains to the Instant Pot with water according to manufacturer instructions. Cook on high pressure for about 20-25 minutes, then allow for natural pressure release.
Serve or Store: Once cooked, use the Ezekiel grain blend in various recipes like salads, soups, stews, or as a side dish. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
