PAN-FRIED RASPBERRY TOAST

Raspberries might be small, but they contain a large number of health benefits. Some of them include: providing potassium, lowering blood pressure, and helping with optimal heart function.

So the health benefits combined with the fact that they have an amazing flavor, make raspberries perfect for a delicious and nutritious breakfast.

Ingredients

  • 2 slices of bread (I use sprouted whole wheat)

  • 2 tbsp. butter

  • 2 tbsp. Greek yogurt

  • Drizzle of honey

  • Handful of raspberries

Directions

  1. Heat pan and butter both sides of the bread.

  2. Drop bread in the pan and cook until golden brown on each side.

  3. When nice and toasty, spread with yogurt and drizzle with honey.

  4. Lastly, add the raspberries on top and mash them.
