Ingredients:
4 green tea bags
1 lemon, sliced
A handful of fresh mint leaves
2-3 tbsp honey (optional, to taste)
8 cups of water
Instructions:
Fill a large glass jar or pitcher with 8 cups of water.
Add 4 green tea bags and submerge them in the water.
Drop in the lemon slices and a handful of fresh mint leaves.
Cover the jar or pitcher and place it in a sunny spot outside for 3-5 hours, allowing the sun to naturally steep the tea.
Once the tea is brewed to your liking, remove the tea bags.
Stir in honey, if desired, for a hint of natural sweetness.
Chill in the fridge or serve over ice with extra lemon and mint.
