STRAWBERRY CHICKEN SALAD

Directions
Throw your fresh greens into your salad bowl.
Chop your strawberries in bite-sized pieces and throw them into the salad bowl.
Cut your apple into bite-sized pieces and throw them into the salad bowl.
Chop your roasted cashews (I suggest using a food chopper to make this easier). Once chopped, throw in your cashews into the salad bowl.
Cut your half onion into thin, small slices and throw them into the salad.
Add some parmesan cheese on top of the salad (as much as you want!)
Set your salad to the side while you sauté your chicken.
Season your chicken with sea salt, black pepper and garlic powder.
Sauté your chicken with olive oil.
Once cooked, cut your chicken into small pieces and throw it into your salad.
To add even more flavor, add your basil olive oil and strawberry balsamic vinegar from Palmetto Olive Oil.
Mix everything well.
