THYROID SUPPORT SMOOTHIE

There’s no better way to start your morning than with a smoothie that is both delicious and nutritious.

Brazil nuts are full of antioxidants, and high in selenium — which is known for ensuring an optimal thyroid function and immune support.

Plus, the berry blend and dragon fruit are just the cherry on top to finish making this smoothie a nutritional powerhouse.

Ingredients

2 servings

  • 1 1/2 cup coconut water

  • Big handful of spinach

  • 8 Brazil nuts 

  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries 

  • 1/2 cup dragon fruit

  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein

  • 1/2 frozen banana

Directions

  1. Add coconut water and spinach into a blender, and blend until smooth.

  2. Once coconut water and spinach are blended, add Brazil nuts, fruit and vanilla protein into the blender.

  3. Blend all ingredients until getting the desired smoothie consistency.

  4. Enjoy!
