Ingredients

  • 1 cup pitted Medjool dates

  • 1/2 cup pecans

  • Shredded coconut

Directions

  1. First, add the pecans to a food processor for a quick chop.

  2. Add the cup of dates and process until a thick dough forms, (approx. 30 seconds).

  3. Scoop the dough from the processor and form it into stacks (little rectangles) using your hands.

  4. Roll in shredded coconut.

  5. Enjoy this delicious, fun, easy and healthy dessert!
