KIMBERLY’S FAVORITE GRANOLA
The name says it all: this is my favorite granola. Why? The answer is simple. This granola is delicious, healthy, and it makes a great breakfast, snack or dessert. I enjoy eating it like cereal with my favorite nut milk and sliced bananas. You can also add it on top of yogurt, a drizzle of honey, and blueberries!
This recipe is high in fiber, healthy fats and protein.
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and stir well.
Spread the mix evenly on the parchment paper.
Bake until golden brown for about 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway (you should start to smell the fragrance when it is about ready).
