MORNING SMOOTHIE

Ingredients

  • 1 cup nut milk

  • 1/2 frozen banana

  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries

  • A handful of spinach

  • 1 scoop protein powder

Directions

  1. Throw all of your ingredients into your blender.

  2. Blend until getting the desired consistency.

  3. Enjoy your morning smoothie!

I sometimes like to drink my morning smoothie with a papaya chia bowl. Here are the directions:

  1. Cut a papaya in half lengthwise, and scoop out the seeds.

  3. Cut a kiwi and banana in small slices and add them to the top for extra flavor, nutrients, and presentation.

  4. Enjoy!
