SIMPLE GRANOLA

As its name suggests, this granola recipe is simple… but delicious! It is the perfect topping for a yogurt parfait or smoothie bowl.

The best part? It only calls for six ingredients and it is very easy to make.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats 

  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (I like hazelnut for this recipe)

  • 1/4 tsp. sea salt

  • 4 tbsp. coconut oil 

  • 4 tbsp. maple syrup

  • 1/4 tsp. pure vanilla extract 


Directions

  1. Bake at 350 °F for 20-25 min (depending on your oven).

  2. Mix it up half way through baking time.

  3. After you remove it from the oven, allow to cool completely before storing.

  4. Enjoy!
